I have heard many myths about useing foil on shisha and the effects of AlO2 (Aluminum Oxide). I highly doubt that the aluminum foil (which is by no means pure Aluminum) will really oxidise enough to cause harm on a shisha. However if i am wrong, please show link of study or research that has been conducted.

Thanks,

Hey I have had this conversation too many times to want to remember. The information came from the UofA Chemical Engineering Lab. So I have had this conversation like I have mention with too many people on this forum. There is no lack of Love for my Forum Family. But you need to seek out your own answers and find the truths. Also your forgeting the Plastic binders that hold the foil into sheets. Again go research like I did and you will have anwers. Allia is in Car School she know what kind of smoke comes off of stainless steel when heated. Thank you for your question
Good luck in you quest for the truth. smoke well friends

Eh, I know about galvanized. We don't get many stainless steel cars in happy.gif Aluminum's pretty crazy to work with, that's the extent of my experience with that *shrug* It won't turn red when it's heated up, it'll just melt. No problems thus far with the hookah smile.gif
