mushrat
Can you say grape tootsie pop? It has all the characteristics of your standard Naklha ma'asell. Decent smoke density, long lasting flavor, only a bit of a buzz (for those into the buzz). If you have ever had a grape tootsie pop you will instantly recognize the smell and the taste, and it does taste exactly as it smells. It was not a bad flavor mind you and I'll smoke it again, but it was like smoking candy. You're gonna get a kick outa it I think zoo....

ZooJohnnyZETA
Oooh yeah!! I seriously can't wait to try this stuff! I was in a middle eastern store the other day and I saw a wide variety of Nakhla, Fakifakina, and El-Basha products. One of the new ones I noticed was El-Basha Grape. I've seen El-Basha Grape in a couple places before but I have never seen a regular Nakhla Grape. I've almost wondered if El-Basha's Grape is the only one made by the Nakhla company but I'm starting to think otherwise. Did your Grape come in the standard Nakhla type box? Or was it an El-Basha box? Or for that matter even one of those square shaped Fakifakina tubs? Regardless of what line of Nakhla products it's from I'm really anxious to try it! Grape tootsie pop sounds like somthing I would really dig. On a side note... while at that store I picked up some Nakhla Strawberry in a glass jar. Now I must state that I love Nakhla Strawberry but have always bought it in boxes. Its usually this light brownish type color that is sticky with molassas but not really "wet". This Nakhla Strawberry in the glass jar was bright (and I mean neon bright) red and was absolutely drenched in molassas, very much like Al-Fakher. And oooh baby did it smell good! After opening the jar for a minute the whole apartment smelled like fresh strawberries for the next hour. And when I smoked it...wow...all I can say is "WOW". Deffinately the strongest and most flavorful Nakhla Strawberry I have ever had. It almost pains me to say this but the flavor was actually stronger than that of Al-Fakher's Strawberry. It was extremely realistic and really intense. Needless to say I think I'm going to try to get Nakhla's Strawberry in jars every time from here on out. Theres really just no comparison between the stuff in the glass jar and the stuff in the boxes!
MR Bubble
Yeah, that's what alen has said before. Problem is, it's just too limited as what they pack in glass. MR Bubble
mushrat
Actually, it is el basha grape i believe. Chucked the box already, sorry. Oh and I'm throwing in some plain old nakhla single apple. Havent tried that one yet..perhaps this evening. I think there is a place here with 2 apple in the jar...perhaps i should give that a looksee.... RuarriP
I still have an almost full box of El Basha grape that I ordered 2 months ago...didn't care much for it. It was too much like licorice, not enough like grape. I had a bowl of Grape last summer at a hookah bar in Ottawa, it was much better...tasted like welch's grape juice.
