sabsz
QUOTE (ASUSEAN1 @ Apr 6 2007, 03:53 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>im not a big fan of them, tried them once before and that will be the last timeWerd. The ones I use now are probably shittier though. I can get 10 rolls of 10 or (one of those boxes) for 10 dollars Canadian ($8.69 USD). Which is a great deal considering i buy a roll of 10 for like 3-4 dollars Canadian ($2.61-$3.48 USD). But what can you tell me about how long they last and their smell and taste? JoeLipinski
Go to the homepage of the forum. Click on the "Product Reviews" section link. Click on "Coals." then click on "Quicklight coals Review." I found atleast one review of the starlight brand coals. Hope this helps.
imagelessdude
I used to buy those by the box before my retailer started carrying 3 Kings [way better]They arent BAD... but 3K is better, these ones smell funny when they light, and they kinda ash in your shisha sooner than other brands. But I used to use em all the time. They last an okay amount of time, not as long as 3kings though. And 8.70ish USD is an okay deal, I used to get boxes for $5.
cohlineman
I am using the Golden brand right now. Starlights are all right, definitely better than Roland. Three Kings are definitely better. I find Three Kings and Golden on par. I like the large ones because they break into decent pieces.I use them (quick-lites) because my lazy butt won't go to Target and buy a hot plate so I can use pressed logs or 100% naturals. This is tragic because as everyone here can attest, there is no comparison and no quick-lite that can truly not tinge your tobacco.
