wyteboy
I left work 15 mins early today and as I was pulling up the UPS truck was leaving! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO so I got out of my car and stopped the truck, lo and behold they were going to take Cypress' pkg to the pickup center 40 minutes away. So I just got it! Man, Cypress thanks a ton!! A friend is coming over RIGHT now to smoke a bowl with me and then later tonight I am meeting up with a friend after dinner to probably try two more of the flavors. I will post reviews all night! Two things: 1) the hazelnut smell totally dominated the whole box and 2) the AF cherry container opened and spilled all over (not sure when), but it stil lfelt and smelled SO fresh so I think it is ok. This stuff looks and smells SOOO much better than anything I have smoked, I can't wait to try it!!
wyteboy
anyone quick who smokes AF, does it need a ton of heat? should i go with the lemon wood or the vivi wood or the 3kings?
tobbsman
Fakher needs verrrrry little heat ... try it first with a small 3King and take a lot of space between foil and tobacco (at least 5mm). You can also take 2 layers of foil ... then nothing can happen ... as I experienced AF Cherry is very sensitive to heat ...good luck, tobbsman
Mathazar
I was advised by a rep at SocialSmoke to only use one coal with AF. wyteboy.....you're SO easy to please, maybe I SHOULD send you some stuff. You see, the thing about me is that I can't make plans ahead of time, I have to just do it on the spur of the moment. If I DO decide to send you some maassel, do you want me to send it to your work, home, or to a friend who you know will be there when the UPS truck arrives? I'm not promising you anything like before, but I'm getting REALLY tired of these flavors and might just decide on the spur of the moment to send you some Romman Strawberry & Peach. I won't deny, these are probably Romman's BEST flavors, IMO, but you know how it is when you do too much of something, it grows old after awhile. So let me know where you want it sent, I may just surprise you with a little gift
pyramidscheme
Mathazar, at the rate you're going, you're gonna need to put a santa hat on your mug hoisting avatar! I just cracked open the AF cappucino this afternoon, and lit up. Oh, God. This stuff puts anything else I've been snorking 6 feet under. Fully expected an italian waiter to appear outta nowhere, and ask me if I want another of those funky hard oblong cookies to dip in it. Utterly spectacular. Wonder if the melon is as good. As I usually hate melons but loooove melon flavoured things, I'm looking forward to the nuances. Now, where's that waiter, I need a good single malt... E.G.
OK, completly and utterly OT, but... Nice choice in Scotch! Laphroig and Talisker vie for my faves when I have the bucks to drop on a good bottle of fire water. My favorite Laphroig experience was wandering through a bar in L.A., and having at least three people sniff the air and ask "what the hell is that?" as I went by them -- mind you, I was a good 6 or so feet away from these people and I don't think they knew I was the source of the "stink." Gotta' love that peat! E.G.

I taped every container and filled that box up with as much stuff that could fit. I hope you had good smoking experiences. I am working my way throught all the posts since sunday. Dial up is slow so it may take me a while.
