Best Flavor Tobacco

Recommended Posts

I bought some romann and al waha and they turned out to be both honey tobaccos and didn't taste very good with the exception of al-waha after nine. I had some Al Amir back in the day and that tasted absolutely stellar.

What other brands have better tasting tobacco then Al-Amir or are on par w/ Al-Amir. Also I want something that will give me a reasonable buzz. Al-Amir does it for me but I want to try something else.

It's all going to be subjective and it's all going to vary from flavor to flavor..No one brand makes every flavor better than every other brand. If Al Amir gives you a buzz, and it's a washed tobacco, you might want to *try* unwashed brands like tangiers, nakhla, other al waha flavors, and some of the other brands that I can't think of atm (layalina too). I hear layalina has a really good peach that's well priced and would give you a buzz. I've only had the esk apple though, which is good (especially with crystal light fruit punch in the base), but never had peach

yea romann is just repackaged al waha with more honey. I would say layalina is a lot better than al amir, it doesnt have that chemical taste like al amir

i have a few friends in the tobacco industry that say its true, i'll take their word for it until someone proves otherwise

i've found that most of al amir has a kind of "fake" candy flavor to everything. if u really like that candy-ish flavor i'd say stick w/ al amir. other ones i would try for more of a buzz would be layalina. it has more "real" flavors but it is quite reasonably priced, good buzz, and an overall great smoke. What flavors of al amir do u really like. all brands flavors are kinda different, so its hard to give an exact answer. check out the review section and see if anything sparks ur interest.

The best tobacco I ever used, is an obscure brand that is packaged in the United Arab Emirates. They have several flavors, but I found the "mixed fruit" variety to be the best. A delicious blend of flavors.

The best "buzz" I ever got was from Egyptian "Zaghloul" brand. I found it quite by accident in a little Arab shop in Nashville. I have been informed that it is available on internet. It has only molasses, and no other flavoring. I found that by adding a couple of drops of mint oil, after I packed the bowl, that is produced a very pleasant taste, as well the buzz.
